Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rogue Return Shopify application ("the App"), operated by Juiced Systems ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. The service
The App lets Shopify merchants create customer returns with prepaid return shipping labels from the customer page in the Shopify admin, including creating $0 return orders, purchasing labels through Shopify Shipping, and triggering Shopify's native return notifications. Use of the App requires an active Shopify store and is also subject to Shopify's own terms of service.
2. Shipping label costs
Return shipping labels are purchased through Shopify Shipping and are charged by Shopify to your Shopify account at the carrier rates shown at the time of purchase. We do not set, collect, or mark up label prices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses, package dimensions, and weights you enter; incorrect details can result in carrier adjustments or unusable labels. Refunds for unused labels are handled through Shopify Shipping's label-refund process, not by us.
3. Fees
The App is currently free to install and use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, pricing will be presented and charged through Shopify's billing system, and continued use of paid features will require accepting the applicable charge in your Shopify admin.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and in connection with a store you are authorized to manage.
- Handle your customers' personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and your own privacy policy.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
5. Data
Our collection and handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the App available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature of it) at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected merchants in advance.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that carrier rates, label availability, or Shopify API behavior will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) fifty US dollars (US$50).
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your store. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Juiced Systems is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
